I missed one exercise in this video compilation, but you kinda get the idea. With each workout, the idea is to continually stress the muscle and force it to grow.
Look past the point of failure and look to push your mental limit.

The best back exercise in my opinion is the V-Bar Pullup. I’m not sure on the actual name, but for my posting it’s what I’ve chosen. The target area is the lower lats, this will slowly cause the lower lats to expand and assist in creating more of “V” shape with the back.
